My stay at Hotel Kyriaki was a bit disappointing overall. The basement room lacked windows and air conditioning, which made for a suffocating night. However, I did find the gardens and pool area to be a nice touch, perfect for relaxation. The location was also inconvenient as it required a car to reach Chania, but the beach nearby was clean and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the experience with the cleaning staff was troubling, as items went missing from our room, even after discussing it with the owner.
